Data Protocol.

Beast Reset takes your privacy seriously. This document outlines exactly what data we collect, how we keep it secure, and your rights regarding your personal information.

01. Data We Use to Understand Your Routines

During the Beast Reset process, we collect specific data to understand your current habits and routines. This includes self-reported screen time, sleep and wake patterns, and estimates of daily mental load. This data is used exclusively to build your personalised reset plan.

02. How Your Data Is Used

We do not sell, distribute, or share your data with third parties. Your information is used exclusively by the Beast Reset team to track your progress, monitor baseline improvements, and make necessary adjustments to your plan.

03. Third-Party Access

Access to your personal data is restricted to the core Beast Reset team. We do not sell personal data or use cross-site behavioural advertising networks. Infrastructure providers (such as secure web hosting and transactional email delivery) process data under strict confidentiality agreements and have no independent rights to your information.

04. Security & Storage

All communications and submitted information are secured using industry-standard encryption. Once a cycle is completed, data that is no longer needed is removed from our active systems unless required for ongoing progress tracking.

05. Your Control

You have full control over your data. At any time, you can request that we permanently delete all information we hold about you. To make a data removal request, contact us directly.

06. Conversation Confidentiality

Beast Reset is built around private, one-to-one support conversations, primarily conducted via WhatsApp. Routine support conversations – including day-to-day exchanges, voice notes and check-ins – are not retained as a permanent client archive. Once they have served their purpose, they are removed as part of our normal privacy practice.

We retain only the business records necessary to operate responsibly, including invoices, payment records and information required to meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

Everything else exists to help the client move forward – not to build a permanent record of their past. For us, confidentiality is not simply a policy. It is part of the framework itself.

07. Website Cookies & Analytics

To understand how visitors engage with our framework and to measure Initial Signal conversions, we use Google Analytics. This service collects aggregated, pseudonymous metrics such as section views, general device types, and referring channels.

We implement Google Consent Mode v2. Non-essential analytics cookies are only stored on your device if you explicitly click “Accept” on our on-site cookie prompt. If you choose “Decline”, analytics cookies are blocked, and only cookieless signals are processed in full compliance with UK GDPR and PECR.

You can reset or change your cookie preferences at any time by clearing your browser storage or cookies for this domain.
