Terms of Service.
These terms govern the working relationship between Beast Reset and its clients. Please read them carefully before engaging the service. By proceeding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set out below.
01. The Service
Beast Reset provides structured behavioural support, accountability, and practical implementation. This is not a clinical, therapeutic, or counselling service. Beast Reset does not provide medical advice, mental health treatment, financial advice, or legal counsel. If you require support in any of those areas, we will always encourage you to seek appropriately qualified assistance.
02. Communication & Support
Support is delivered primarily via WhatsApp, using both text and voice notes. This allows communication to remain direct, efficient, and available without the friction of scheduled appointments.
Beast Reset does not operate an emergency or crisis line. Response times will vary depending on workload, but you can expect consistent, timely communication throughout the working relationship.
03. What to Expect
Beast Reset is a structured process, not an open-ended subscription. Work is phased: beginning with a behavioural assessment, followed by targeted extraction, habit installation, and ongoing calibration. Each phase responds to what we find – not a fixed template applied to everyone.
You can expect honest, direct feedback. Beast Reset does not offer reassurance in place of progress. Clients are expected to engage actively, report accurately, and follow through on agreed actions. The quality of the outcome reflects the quality of the input from both sides.
04. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions. Beast Reset provides structure, accountability, and guidance – the implementation is yours. You agree to engage honestly, communicate openly about what is and is not working, and to take reasonable steps to act on the structure we build together. Beast Reset cannot be held liable for outcomes that result from a client's failure to engage with the process in good faith.
05. Boundaries of the Service
Beast Reset operates within clearly defined boundaries. Support is limited to behavioural structure, habit accountability, routine design, and performance organisation. It does not extend to the management of acute mental health concerns, crisis intervention, or any domain that requires regulated professional qualifications.
If at any point it becomes apparent that a client requires support that falls outside the scope of Beast Reset, we will say so clearly and encourage the appropriate referral.
06. Confidentiality
Everything shared within the working relationship is treated with complete confidentiality. Information disclosed by clients will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law. Equally, clients are expected to treat any guidance, frameworks, or materials provided by Beast Reset as confidential and not for redistribution.
07. Fees & VAT
All fees for Beast Reset services are agreed in writing in advance and are subject to our Payment Terms. Beast Reset Ltd is registered for VAT in the United Kingdom (VAT Registration No: 525899147). Unless expressly specified otherwise in writing, all fees and charges are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing UK rate.
08. Termination
Either party may end the working relationship at any time. Beast Reset reserves the right to withdraw from an engagement if a client is found to be acting in bad faith, making misrepresentations, or behaving in a manner incompatible with a productive working relationship. In such circumstances, fees paid for work already completed are non-refundable. Any balance owed for completed work remains payable in full (including any applicable VAT).
09. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Beast Reset Ltd is a registered company in England and Wales (No. 16840828, VAT Registration No: 525899147). Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Updates to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of any material changes. Continued engagement with Beast Reset following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
